Target Counselling Service provides confidential and non-directive one-to-one counselling to adults over the age of 18.
The service is for adults who need support during difficult times i.e. bereavement, marital and relationship difficulties, and other areas of life where stress, anxiety and depression can arise.
This service is run on a donation basis.
